How long is a session?
Each session is 45 minutes.

What will it cost you?
Fees will be discussed prior to our first appointment.  I offer sliding scale rates.

What form of payment do I accept?
Cash, Check, All Major Credit Cards

Do I accept insurance?
I accept Insurance plans through Empire Blue Cross & CIGNA  OR plans that provide Out of Network benefits. She will provide invoices for all clients.

Is there a cancellation policy?
24 hour notice for any cancellation is required. 100% of your regular fee will be billed for missed appointments.

What about Confidentiality? 
The law protects the relationship between a client and a therapist. 
Information cannot be disclosed without written permission by the client. 

Exceptions include:
Suspected past or present abuse or neglect of children, adults, and elders to be reported to the authorities,
including Child Protection and law enforcement, based on information provided by the client or collateral sources.

If the therapist has reason to suspect the client is seriously in danger of harming him/herselfor has threatened to harm another person.
